We will work together to create goals that are important to you, and begin to explore these goals from a holistic lens - including the mind, body and spirit.
I most frequently use humanistic, existential, and psychodynamic perspectives, focusing on ways to help us feel worthy and whole, while understanding the influence of the past on our present behavior.
I also weave attachment and mindfulness approaches into my work, helping you to develop skills to bring about shifts in your mood and sense of well being.
