I believe that change is the only guarantee in this world. No matter what, tomorrow will be different from today. As a therapist, I strive to support clients as they move through the changes and challenges that often come with living into today’s society.
Humility and curiosity are two of my core values, and I think of myself as a lifelong learner. I learn from my clients and value the relationships that we build together.
My therapeutic approach is informed by humanistic, psychoanalytic, acceptance and commitment, and family systems traditions, and I am always seeking new ways to understand the nuances, complexity, and diversity of human experiences.
I am currently a PhD candidate in Social Work & Sociology at the University of Michigan. I earned my MSW from the University of Pennsylvania in 2016 and my BA from Yale University in 2010.
I am interested in working with people experiencing depression or anxiety, new parents, people exploring different gender identities, young people, undergraduate and graduate students, and people who identify as or were socialized as men.
