Throughout my life, I’ve been fortunate to have the guidance and support of skilled therapists who have aided me in various aspects. In 2021, I embarked on a new chapter by obtaining my second master’s degree in social work from the University of Michigan. Drawing from over two decades of diverse experience in nonprofit, corporate, entrepreneurial, and higher education settings, coupled with my recent academic accomplishment, I am looking forward to helping parents and their teens navigate the challenges surrounding social media, peer pressure, academics, and stressors.
I recognize that parents can feel overwhelmed about how to help their teen, and seeking therapy is a proactive step toward providing your teen with the tools they need to thrive. Collaboratively, we will work towards fostering your child’s transition into adulthood.
My therapeutic philosophy is deeply rooted in the rejuvenating power of nature and human connection.
As such, I specialize in walk and talk therapy, seamlessly integrating therapy with outdoor settings. The approach integrates movement and nature into sessions, offering numerous benefits for adolescents. Teens immerse themselves in their environment, practicing mindfulness and exploring thoughts and emotions.
I am looking forward to walking alongside you every step of the way.
