Training Model
We utilize a Clinician-Advocate model, embracing a multi-theoretical approach. We collaboratively individualize the structure of each trainees experience based on their professional stage of development, as well as their previous professional experiences and future professional goals. Working in weekly individual and weekly group supervision, weekly didactic and workshop trainings, and case conferencing/consultation groups, the professional trainee is provided the support needed to build their skills in clinical assessment, therapeutic interventions, ethical-analysis, interdisciplinary teamwork, and social advocacy.
