Training Model

We utilize a Clinician-Advocate model, embracing a multi-theoretical approach. We collaboratively individualize the structure of each trainees experience based on their professional stage of development, as well as their previous professional experiences and future professional goals. Working in individual and group supervision, case conferencing/consultation groups, and didactic and workshop trainings, the professional trainee is provided opportunities to build their skills in assessment, therapeutic interventions, ethical-analysis, interdisciplinary teamwork, and social advocacy.
