From an early age I have been intrigued by the human mind and why we do what we do.

Humans have needs, goals, and of course tricky issues to navigate!

What do you want from life, and why? We can explore this together and move towards living life feeling a sense of control as well as self-actualization.

I focus on mindfulness within therapy and really grounding the self as a tool to regain presence.

I focused on Psychodynamic Theory at Wayne State, which focuses on the unconscious mental forces that individuals are unaware of, but drive emotions and actions.
